OutsourcePartner.nl handles personal data with care and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data we process
- Call requests and contact: name, company, email, phone and what you tell us about your request. Purpose: answering and scheduling a call.
- Deck requests: name, company, role and email. Purpose: sending the presentation and following up.
- Applications: name, contact details, country, languages, experience, an optional voice note and how you found the job. Purpose: assessing your application.
- Appointments: if you book via Calendly, Calendly processes the details you enter there.
Legal basis and retention
We process this data because you provide it. Contact data is kept as long as needed for the contact and a possible collaboration. Application data is deleted no later than four weeks after the procedure, unless you consent to keeping it for up to one year.
Who we share data with
We use Netlify (hosting and forms) and Calendly (appointments). As we are based outside the EU, we and these providers also process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell or share data for marketing.

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, restrict processing, object and request portability via business@outsourcepartner.nl. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
