About the role
You work for European companies that trust us with their customer contact. Depending on the project you do inbound, outbound or a mix of both. You always have a dedicated team lead and clear scripts, and you work in the client's own systems.
Inbound
- Answer customer questions by phone, email, chat or WhatsApp
- Handle orders, bookings and complaints in the client's system
- Solve the customer's question the first time
Outbound
- Call warm leads and existing customers
- Book appointments or sell a product or service, following a clear script
- Log every call in the CRM
What you bring
- Italian at native level (C2)
- Good English (B2 or higher) to work with the team
- Experience in customer service, telemarketing or sales is a plus
- A laptop, a headset and a stable internet connection
- 25 or 35 hours a week during office hours in Italy, Monday to Friday
- You can live anywhere, as long as you can work during the market's office hours
